Not only is this unsightly it hampers Search engines sending traffic to your blog. How much better to see &#8216;http://tonyprodger.com/changing-blog/&#8217;.
To do this I logged into my admin area and selected settings, permalinks and then Custom Structure.
Then I entered   /%postname%/  .
